a small warnning sign to bulls

this thing is at extreme level today all day.  If at the market close still no change.  need to be very cautious.

today is sitting around 80.   The 52weeks low is 66 on 09/19/2008, which kicked off the formidable 3-3-3 down wave.

If that repeat, this one has potential to kick off another x-3-3.
