And it is not a breaking news, some guy posted this on HT several days ago.

Basically the size is reduced significantly as first planned. Now government/fed only loan 20B instead of 100B as originally planned because banks do not want to sell at fire price.

It's call problem resolved, nobody really care what's selling at what price. Also the price will be good for the banks, just wait and see.
