I did some research. Basically you should dump HEB and buy SSPI, now!!!

1. SSPI has a new drug Cetrorelix, a LHRH antagonist, undergoing trails for prostate cancer treatment,

2. "Further experimental work with Cetrorelix is necessary, but the results imply the possible merit of a clinical trial with Cetrorelix in patients with anxiety, depression and Alzheimer's disease".

Thanks. Do you mean AEZS instead of SSPI, right? I cannot find stock with a symbol as SSPI.

There is already a TLR-7 agonist approved by FDA, the actual use of it is not so good due to side effects. TLR-7 agonist is better than TLR-3 ones, because TLR-7 is located on the cell surface while TLR-3 is located intracellularly. The body needs substantially higher dose of agents to act on TLR-3 to achieve desired effect than the dose to act on TLR-7. High dose means bigger chance of side effect or unwanted effect. The drug owned by HEB acts on TLR-3. HEB does not know the mechanism for treating CFS.

感觉上Ampigen very likely be approved. no need to know mechanism as long as it is effective and low side effect.
