欧盟委员会同意国家市场均衡基金收购HRE？

看到网上新闻，说是欧盟今天同意了SOFFIN收购HRE, 同时开始调查去年10月份德国财政部对HRE的财政救助。

这样以来我的HRE的股票会不会被国家强制收购啊？

BRUSSELS, May 15 (Reuters) - Germany's state-owned Financial Market Stabilisation Fund (SoFFin) won permission from the European Commission on Friday to acquire lender Hypo Real Estate (News/Aktienkurs) .

'The proposed transaction does not raise any competition concerns,' the Commission, the executive arm of the 27-nation European Union, said in a statement.

Last week, the Commission launched an in-depth probe into a 35-billion-euro ($47.44 billion) German state guarantee grant for Hypo which is active in commercial real estate financing, public sector financing as well as capital markets and asset management.

The EU regulator said this separate investigation remains open.

因为如果全部持有，对整个金融和基金界不利。
