The news is not good, but not as bad as shorts here think.  10-20 billion would've caused a rally, 34 billion not good, they can use a combination of asset sales and preferred conversion to achieve this.  There'll probably be temporary selling pressure on the stock, don't be surprised to see it recovering soon, maybe even today.
