fidelity 对于4：15pm收盘的option，比如SPY，以过期日5pm价格为准。Typically if an options contract is in the money (for more than 1 cent) a brokerage firm will exercise the option automatically for the individual who bought the options contract. However, in certain circumstances, the buyer of the call can contact their brokerage firm and inform them that they do not wish their options to be exercised if it is in the money at expiration.  In this case, option seller will keep the premium. This is what has happened with my spy1204 options contract that expired. The individual who would have been holding the other side of these options contract chose not to auto-exercise and let the call expire.
