I would say positive based on unusual "FINAL" word in the press release
You will note the emphasis on the word "final" which has been capitalized in the press release.

So guys, if this was not positive, I am sure, they won't say final. Considering today's trading pattern and all the history behind provenge, this is a FINAL positive.
