会不会很久以后发现，很多选举票没有及时地送到， 到了能久以后才发现， 但是总统已经产生了。

按照加洲目前的投票注册登记制度，不太可能作假。与投票者亲自去投票站没有什么区别。一个人不可能用同一社会保险号投票二次。

要做假，不用vote by mail 也一样做假。问题是，谁敢去做假？为了什么利益去做假？

一旦查出来，肯定受惩罚！
