Geithner to give details of bad bank on Monday

美国财长盖特纳预计将在美国时间周一宣布，一项有关清除银行有毒资产的方案细节。不过，这项金融监管改革方案的首要议程，还将包括确立和加速非银行机构，如美国国际集团的清盘程序。

　　据一名匿名官员透露，该方案的主要内容有三部分。第一部分是在联邦存款保险公司的支持下，成立一个公私合营机构来收购和持有不良贷款。第二部分是扩大联储局的“定期资产抵押证券贷款机制”（TALF），支持投资者买入银行的有毒资产。第三部分则是动用联邦存款保险公司的资源，协助私人投资者和机构买入有毒资产

The key is to trap more private money to pay national debts,

Can they still find more private money?????? Last time when trader heard private money the market sold off.

Is possible that there is far more bad debts than Government could  handle? Government can print money at will, private investors can't!

When market drops on Monday, the news will say that the Plan did not provide incentives for banks to lend...all kinds of excuses except the private parts which people really don't have confidence.
