Bank of America sells $8 bln notes in 2 parts - IFR

NEW YORK, Jan 27 (Reuters) - Bank of America Corp (BAC.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Tuesday sold $8 billion of notes in a two-part sale, according to IFR.
The sale included $6 billion in 3.25-year fixed-rate notes expected to yield 181 basis points over U.S. Treasuries, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
It also included $2 billion in 3.25-year floating-rate notes expected to yield 30 basis points over the London Interbank Offered Rate. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie; Editing by Dan Grebler) |
