Free or low cost charting tool for intra day data

Question: Where can I get a free or inexpensive charing tool for intra day data (15min, 30 min, 60 min), preferrably for at least 10 days of data. It doesn't have to be real time data. 15min delay is fine.

If you use TDAmeriTrade, you can use StrategyDesk for free. It has 3min, 5min, 15min, 30min, 60min, daily, weekly, and monthly with popular TA indicators, screening, and back test functions.

thanks DD_XU and sd_engine. I do use Amertrade and StrategyDesk. But StrategyDesk is not portable. One has to install the software. I prefer a web based intraday chart. If the data is 20 min delay, it's OK.
