STANLEY PIECE ON THEIR NEW CHANGE OF THE FLATTENING OF THE CURVE.... ALSO STAT
OF NEW JERSEY SAW NO BIDS ON THEIR MUNIS TODAY.. AS FAR AS MS PIECE GOES, THEY
NOW THINK THE YIELD CURVE WILL FLATTEN DRAMATICALLY TO THE 120 AREA.. SWAP
SPREADS ARE DOING THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT AND ARE BLOWING OUT...
SO SWAP SPREADS WIDER..TREASURIES HIGHER..STOCKS LOWER...

 

CURRENT LEVEL   IS AT 160

10 Year rate could go down to 2 in the extreme case. How much will it translate into the price of TLT?
