However, you need to clean it out by copy paste it into a google spreadsheet, then delete the extra columns.
If you know vi editor, then you can use the following command to clean it

If you think writing a program to do it automatically, it may sound a good idea, but actually it is not. The reason is that wiki is changing by different people. The html format changes often, your program may work a few times, then broken, then broken again.
