Anybody can help me to look an individual stock

I have hold Fuel Cell for almost one year. Now I am above the water. I wonder it is up for a while. Should I hold it or sell?
Tick is Fcel.
There are many good news for this one.

Never followed this stock, I guess you buy this to bet on the big gain but not heavy position, it is on the way you wished now (even was wrong before). If I were you will wait at least near $2.50 to decide sell or hold.

Set sell order @2.2 if I have it.

One safety rule: do not touch stock below $10 if possible.
