My experience are
1. better to go to gym; Try to find a decent one, so you will have a lot of good-looking pals with good shape.
2. better to find a parnter, like your husband and wife, or co-worker
3. do not give you any excuse to skip workout.
4. make workout at a fixed time. Set alarm to it.
5. scale your weight everyday.
6. work out at least 40 minutes each time.
7. avoid to attend a group workout. Simply walk, run or swim. So you can play alone.
