what trick is gop playing

i dont really believe Gop cannot pass a bill within their own house.
now is no bill will pass the other chamber , and no party will kill the last bill alive.

i guess gop is waiting to pass last minute and kick the ball to senate.
while a worse case is senate pass a bill to house meanwhile.
then the real deadlock comes monday.
