Did you know those chinese agencies charge 80,000 yuan (fee) by sending Chinese students to study in the u.s. High schools?  80,000 per student?  What a rip off!  All they do is paper work.  Many u.s. High schools are recruiting international students anyways.  So this business shouldn't be too hard, right?
