我觉得不是为老蛇做些什么，而是要为胡同做些什么？

胡同已成为我们的家，发展越来越大，朋友越来越多。要想继续发展，靠原有的模式很难。胡同居民们如果真心想把家过好，每个人都应该做些贡献。不但要给老蛇发工资，还应该给兢兢业业工作的各大斑竹发工资。
1.建议胡同成立委员会（可能已经有了，我不知道），定期开网络会议；
2.建议收费，贴补胡同开销（光靠点击广告不够吧）；
3.。。。（好的建议等你提出来）

I say that we create a paypal account in the name of Cobra to collect donations. This is sort of like NPR fundraiser -- you donate amount of dollars that commensurate with you valuation of HT.

I have an idea, how about establish some "non-profit" organization, people donate money to it. So the web site expense and the salary to Cobra and some other laodas will be covered by the donation. At end end of year, people who donate will get the tax deductible.

Everyone should be happy! The bottom line is that Cobra's hard work should be compensated!

When are we begin to do this?     Could cobra put a paypal account here so we can send the donation first?
(before any more signification long term solution is there.)
We need to do something now.
