Real time simulation trading platform?

Anyone knows of a free Real time simulation trading platform? That is, no delay. This is for a friend.

I used KaChing before, now it is unavailable. Any suggestions appreciated.

    Thanks. He does not have an IB account. Unless I give my IB paper account to him...  I do not know if a person can open more than 1 IB paper account.

MB Trading allows real time paper trading for three months with real time data ...

    Just talked to IB tech. here is the reply:
Benoit B: only one paper account per real account is possible
Benoit B: your friend would need to open and fund a real account to obtain a paper one

ToS has with paper account, but simulator got executed very easily than real in terms of order size.
