What does today's pullback mean?

A. small pullback, then new high
B. triangle consolidation, then new high
C. pullback to 1150, then new high
D. start of big sell-off, no new high in 6 months, then new high in the second half of the year.

Actually I have noticed the similar actions taking by O8 on wall street regarding financial reform. Do not know whether he is serious or not. If he does, I do believe it will result some "upset" in the market.

说个规律，最近4个quartely OE，大盘都会碰下20EMA，基本都收在20日线上
