It could drop, however, from trading perspective, this is a low risk trade with a stop slightly below 50MA. I've noticed that in commodity trading, many times there are false signals in flag setup. The last great example is oil, in early Dec, it appeared to dropped out of the bull flag pattern, but later found support at trend line, and rallied strongly since then.
