POT looks very close to reverse.

Cobra, at 12PM, there is a big white bar for mrk and pfe. What caused different stocks (usually in the same sector) up so quickly? These stocks are not small caps, which are not easy to manipulate.     Now I think both stocks are reversed. Do you see buy signal? thanks.
