American Capital Agency Corp. (NASDAQ:AGNC) edged lower on above normal volume and its latest closing price of $32.99 is at a premium of 5.57% to its 200-day moving average price of $32.35. The company recently announced a cash dividend on its 8.000% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock of $0.50 per share for the first quarter 2013 due on April 15, 2013 to preferred shareholders of record as of April 1, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2013.

Its 52-week range has been $28.08 to $36.77; it is trading at a discount of 3.21% to its 52-week high and a premium of 26.80% to its 52-week low.

Host Hotels and Resorts Inc (NYSE:HST) traded up on a volume of 7.04 million, lower than its standard daily volume. Shares have increased +0.64% to $17.32. Over the last twelve months, the stock has gained13.50% and faced a worst price of $13.58 on Nov 16, 2012. The stock has moved down across its 50-day moving average of $16.85.

MFA Financial, Inc. (NYSE:MFA) moved up +0.84% to close at $9.59 before going ex-dividend on March 14, 2013. The most recent price of MFA is now at a premium of 47.91% to the 12-month low of $7.01 hit on Apr 10, 2012 and marked the new 52-week high of $9.59hit on Mar 13, 2013.

General Growth Properties Inc(NYSE:GGP) saw its price fall on above-normal volume, as 5.91 million shares changed hands when compared with its average daily volume of 4.16 million shares. The stock was down -0.80% to $19.81. It has advanced over the last 12 months, increasing 23.89% and marked new low $15.85 on Jun 04, 2012. At the end of recent trade, the stock has moved up across its SMA 200 of $19.60.

In the last trading session, Annaly Capital Management, Inc.(NYSE:NLY) was up on high volume, trading at a volume of 5.65 million versus its average daily volume of 8.73 million shares. At $15.39, the stock has upward momentum as shares are down -7.90% from a peak price of $17.75 on Sep 12, 2012. The stock is trading at +1.14% of its 20-day moving average and +3.19% of its 50-day moving average.
