检讨自己JANUARY里 XLI 应该做好STOP WIN保护的,跌破SUPPORT也没割,结果二月初IRA里没资金抄底.

I think if closing in the FED discount window is the first step, rate hikes will be soon to follow.
Then "may be" make XLP not so attacktive any more.
