极短期Down没错，短期就不一定。

看你的TimeFrame啦，牛熊在不同的TimeFrame下是不同的。

就像牛旗，形成牛旗的过程中是一个倾斜向下的通道，是Down.
但是牛旗成立后，是Up。

除非你做很短的波段，最终结果是Up。
