I can understand Gold up, but other currency like Euro is even worse than USD.  All countries are printing money, why only USD down?

don't be so naive. I watched a TV show in 2005, when inflation was starting picking up, that when gas hits $10, US would collapse. Yes, physically collapse. Unless I see helicopter Ben give away dollars to average people like crazy, I don't believe the hyper inflation story. They want US to recover, not to collapse.
