to me, the gap is so small and no reason for the market not to close it.  if it is not close before 4pm, it will filled overnight, which give another gap up tomorrow.

too many overlapping bars, maybe limit buy/sell at 5 bar range extremes or trend lines and aim for 3 tick is a better strategy for today...
