今天CNBC 没有大炒这话题，才想起来，
The Federal Reserve will release the results of its 2013 stress tests on the largest 19 U.S. bank holding companies at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 7.

One week later on March 14, another series of stress test results will be released by regulators which will let banks know whether the Fed has approved their payout plans, including dividends and share buybacks.

明天会不会借这猛拉一把financials，反正小心就是。
