CAF is closed end fund. If you buy, you are buying from existing CAF owners, i.e. your money is not put in the fund to buy new A shares. it has the real NAV like other fund, but it's also traded on the exchange like a stock. Today US market dived, some people think this will affect A-shares as well on Monday so they sold at a cheaper price.

I am always confused, if broad US mkt is going down, wouldn't CAF follow? ...
