does it mean if we buy today, pass Dec.12, then even we sell AA, we still get around 90cents for dividend? thanks

you can even sell it at 12-12, and still get the dividend, as long as you own AA shares on close of 11th

However, it does not imply you will surely make money, the share price might drop on the morning of 12th.

2) don't buy Chinese stocks, they may all retreat from US market, since accounting problems with SEC.
