A dropping histogram means momentum is dropping, so the rally is approaching to its end. When rally is approaching to its end, bulls is vulnerable to bear's attack. We actually have seen such attack last week. However, based on the same reason, the rally is not officially completed yet, any bears attack is also vulnerable to bull's counter attack, this is what we have seen today. This is like gambling, both bulls and bears have something at hand. Before the river card is dealt, they have enough time to bluff and double bluff. Let's just wait for the river card.
