macd divergence is not developing anymore
sectors: xly/xlk lags, but not decisive,
xlv/xlp/xlu lags, which is not in bear's favor
my short-term reasons are not there. so cut my positions which built Friday afternoon and today. almost flat, silghtly loss.
this is suggestion only for shorters today, not for swingers who are already underwater.
I cut my short just because my entry reasons are not there anymore.
don't know if it will go up strongly, I guess won't, since sectors are lacking leaders and upward force, but don't have enough confidence to make a trade againt it.
large scale reasons, like xlv:spy divergence and cobra's institution buy/sell force are still there.
but just wait for another entry point to short.
why long? do you really have confidence on long here?
do you find that some support MA line(like 20MA line on 30min chart) are tested more and more frequently and starts to be flat.
and for the chart, a potential rising wedge is forming.
I still maintain the bear view, but just wait for a more confident entry point.
