Seeing lower high in $tick - waiting for higher high in $tick to go long. There has been no $tick below -1000 so far today, indicating fairly controlled selling.

instead of making higher high on $tick, it has reversed course and made lower lower. The momentum low preceded the price low. Dow is now closing in on the long term support at 8200 level. Can we hold and rebound for the 4th time??
