One thing mit/wenxuecity has but hutong9 doesn't have is a portal page/breaking news (not just financial news) page. People usually read news before going to more serious topics. This is one way to keep people coming back everyday, whether they care about the other topics on stocks/hobbies/children at all.

I think these sites have dedicated editors to collect news and update the portal page in real time. Also, they are clearly running their sites as a business, but hutong9 is based on volunteering efforts among readers.

Can I give my two cents? No offence.  Most of those 4000 readers you lost might be like me. They are not the more experienced ones who can filter your comprehensive information. They probably want more decisive and readable predictions.

I bet if you just give buy/sell/hold/stop prices of stocks/ETFs more accurate and often, the visit count would shoot up quickly. On the other hand, this could be very risky. Any one with winning rate of 51% is my idol.

Forget about chinese market for HTer, two yrs down the raod they will be lucky to feed their family. Pump the A share up and then we can short it for 2 yrs
