What does that extreme high tick mean? It happened in Feb and March in 2009. That means the market will either drop hard or increase hard days later. That does not give us any clue. I think the market will drop hard days later.

    However, Tick was that high two times in 2009. One in Feb and one in Mar. If following the same pattern, market should dip one more time before mad cow.
