I agree that in a longer term - (say in a few months) the market needs further correction (it might be flat or zigzag down) but in a shorter term I see great chance the market will go up from here in the next a few days to a couple of weeks and the room up may worth 3-7% from here which is good enough for me.  I plan to just take pieces (those that I am most comfortable with).  Even if the market will go down further in the next a few months, I do not dare to short from here (NYMO, NYSI, CPC and VIX patterns are all unfriendly to bears at this point).  After a couple of weeks, when the oversold conditions are relieved a little bit I will re-evaluate the market to make decisions whether to short or long or sidesit at that point.
