.by the way, she and her husband have good jobs too.

too many cases,.. another couple have over 20 properties, none of them has mortgages, the wife shops in Paris......

CREE have support at 46, which is also the target of flag. From the way it broke 60 and 54 support. It will not break 46 without any fight. I am not sure you could even see 46.

When you talk about owning 20 properties, it is like starting a business because I believe they rent them out, right? That's a different story.
Also, NYC is a special place in US and most of places in US is not comparable with NYC.

My friend has been invested NYC properties for 11 yrs(not in manhantan), she was so poor,  ...
