In Cobra's stockcharts.com's 30-min chart, so far the only phantom bar not furnished is the 77.3 bar at the end of 2/26. I consider this 77.3 price is about the OE closing price on 3/20.

Lots of bearish phantom bars near close today.

Near term very bearish, in particular due to today's phantom bar forest.
