操盘目标是MM为了平仓而希望达到的目标。在市场没有很强的资金注入，流出的情况下容易达到。这只是影响股市小幅波动的力量。更大的波动由FED股市刺激政策及退休基金重新分布引起。我会在另一贴里讨论。

fast forward to today 06/06/2020. compared to historical tops, there is no sign of topping in the next few days at all.
it has to break 3090 first and then 3040 before considering any top is in.
