首先取决于你的setup。

对于我的短期操作来说：

Trend transition period，上下震荡会很厉害，因此会出现long触发不久，stop loss没有hit，这时候short触发，因此enter short，still hold long，总能对一方的，弄得好，两边都对。假如你同时只能持有long or short的话，你可能止损了long，take short，结果因为是transition period，你的short其实是whipsaw，stop loss后发现你又得返回来take long。不要忘了，我是不抢跑的，这就意味着我只追涨杀跌，因此等到long确认，入口的时候，可能这单long比前面那单止损出去的入口要差很多，这样前面那一单long其实就是一单无畏的牺牲。

next exp的ES如果交易量很小呢？我可是用的buy/sell stop啊，我不用limit order的。
