Hitting Rate = (15755 - 15604)/(04:39 PM - 01:35 PM) = 151/ (3*60 + 4) = 151/184 = 0.82/minute

However, wsjboy, I think the calculation is wrong since the rate when market is open should be different from that when market is closed.
