Yesterday on CNBC,  Dr. Joe said someone stepped in during the first 30min of the open and bought huge VIX July 22.5 Calls and Sold 30 Calls ( 2 to 1 ratio).

regarding OE, are most people dumb enough to only trade, or pray, or process their option positions on OE day, instead of OE-1 or OE-2?
