Do statistics of your trade records...
Find out the reason of your bad trades...
Make a rule such as,

3 row loss (ST), then stop for 2 to 3 days.
3 row loss (DT), stop 2 to 3 hours to review your trades...

发现灌水的好处了，可以转移一下注意力，刚才CL收盘的时候，Shorted @ 82.25, stop @82.4,止赢设在81.96，刚刚到目标了；同时LONG ES @1159，1161.5出了，要是没灌水，偶肯定没到TARGET就收了

A really hard way he went through...
I don't think his trade account was not more than average small pigs like us...
One of his lesson lerarn is, a large account would be more help to go through the learning curve...

He was doing part time work to support himself before he made big bucks...
One of these jobs was write artical and review stock market...
As you know, he did not make any money on trade these stocks at that time...

1)a beginer trade always think about how much meney they could make after they buy.
2)after they buy, if the stock goes the wrong way, they turn the trade into investment.
When a beginer enter a trade, do not even think about the upside, always think about the downside, as long as you take care the risk, the reward will come by itself.

no, at right side of the subject, you have to see the 分类
it will affect all boards with 分类 required.
after you uncheck, you need to refresh
then submit your post

    Here is my rule for free,
   When reach average, take 50%
   When reach 1.5X average, take another 25%
   Let rest free run until trend line broken
