Light volume bearish?
Like I wrote before, the correlation between vol. and price is virtually 0; only the underlying mid-term trend matters. Cobra, glad your writing is more unbiased and with the market.
Is this a bull market or bear market rally? For traders, I think we have to treat it as a bull market, and then buy dips. If you treat it as a bear market rally, I bet you cannot think of any fesible trading strategy to deal with current market besides totally waiting out; then what's the point?
In bull market, only extreme bullish sentiment and new new high short term bearish. Also remember from 2003 low to 2007 high, there is not even one sp500 dip more than 10%, so at least in the next several months, anytime market seems likely to break down, the chance is high that it'll be the right time to turn bullish despite any indicators or sentiments. Writing with bullish bias could precede the indicators and "predicte" the market; a kind of cheat, but high chance play. |
