hard to say if it's true or not. The gov't can just sell their shares and let the price go down a lot. Also, the fact that Citi wants out of govt's control is a positive sign in my opinion.

Good luck to you, bud. C was blocked by EMA20 and now it's close to EMA50 again. Let's see where it breaks out to.

The sell-off at the end was manipulation by MM in my opinion. Bad people.

C didn't break EMA50, so it might just bounce up from there and break the wedge. My plan is to buy with stop if it touches EMA50. If it keeps dropping, I will re-enter around 3.8x like CM suggested. If it breaks upward through EMA20, I will follow with stop.

今天 STO cross over and above 20 level － Buy Signal , 确认了上周RSI 的Buy 信号。
MACD 拐点出现 － 如果持续升势，预计MACD Cross Over 将在本周内完成 －这样的话，趋势信号确认。

另外，从RSI 出买信号以来， C 的股价两次逼近50日均线和BB下轨，完成了两次探底测试过程。

C的有效突破，交易量应该在1.2B 股以上。

下一步阻力位：
S1 - $5.00 (前次高，整数位）
S2 - $5.43 (前高）

预计：如果突破$5.00， 在$5.25 左右有可能调整。
