I noticed recently it usually turned out to be an exciting days for bulls when Cobra said "这也意味着今天可能很boring" upon a small gap up... don't know if the same rule applies symmetrically to a small gap down.

Hi Cobra, I have a question regarding the Inst.B.S chart. Last Thusday/Friday the accumulation reached 8000 but on today/yesterday's chart, the high is only about 7500. it's like the source revised its data and re-made this chart. I couldn't find more info about this chart, so could you share with us more, like who provides this data, NYSE, Nasdaq, or a broker like IB?

The reason I'm asking is I trust this chart the most and as the first and last indicator of my trading. But if the chart itself isn't that trustworthy, I need to be more careful.
