I shorted ES this morning when my system indicators turn to bearish.
Add some short position and don't wait until end of session. It could be too late.

For 3X BEAR  ETFs,  you need to watch out by yourself.   Normally those are not for "Buy and hold".  It only matches - 300% daily performance of IYF  ( FAZ, SKF 2X etf)  IYR ( SRS  2x ETF）
IWM  ( BGZ 3X ETFs)     Those often be used as day trade vehicle.

Just beware of that.
