I have been watching aapl closely for a while now, even though I am still buying aapl call when time is appropriate, but I am waiting for the day that I can bet a big down wave ;)

A new survey recently released online really puts a few iPhone users in the stupidity corner, sorry but it is true. The survey shows that nearly a third of iPhone 4 users think that their devices are 4G-enabled, this is funny considering Apple has not yet release an 4G LTE iPhone.

Android users are sitting there right now in screams of laughter (If your not then why not), on a serious note we love the iPhone and many Android phones but we still have to laugh at this one, sorry.

The survey, conducted by Retrevo reports that 34% of iPhone owners think that they have 4G, but do not despair iPhone 4 owners because 24% of BlackBerry users are just as mistaken as you considering RIM does not offer 4G phones either.

Android users have the choice of 4G phones such as the HTC Evo 4G or the Samsung Infuse 4G so at least you answer correctly.

So does this mean customers are confused about 4G? OEMs have been pushing out 4G marketing campaigns and releasing 4G-enabled handsets, but we must advise that even though the mobile phones are 4G-ready it does not mean they are receiving 4G data speeds, far from it.

No one is sure if Apple will release a 4G-enabled iPhone, and this is the reason why we are laughing (Once again sorry).

So when you put iPhone, BlackBerry and Android users in a corner with survey questions, it seems Android users are more knowledgeable. Android users seem to know if they have 4G or not.

On iPhone users defense, when it comes to 4G-technology it can be quite confusing, it is a subject that trips the best of us up. Apple at the moment is not going to support LTE within the next iPhone release, but will apparently support HSPA+, does this mean in technical terms the Apple smartphone technically will be a 4G handset on GSM carriers that support the HSPA+ standard.

When do you think Apple will release an iPhone with 4G-LTE technology, 2012, 2013, 2014 or even 2015?

We are asking any reader here to come forward and explain 4G in great detail, please use the commenting area below and explain to all other readers, especially those that are a little confused about the technology. Please let us know if you was one of those confused about the above, by coming forward it does not mean you are silly.

I personally work with mobile phones everyday giving the latest news, and even I do not know everything.

估计按照WALL STREET的计划,如果没有资金再推高AAPL了,那JOBS不死也得让WALL STREET 暗杀来给大盘崩盘推波助澜.

可能需要相当一段时间才能到那一步。上一次苹果把轿巴挤出去后，在濒临倒闭之前还是红了好些时候吧？这次估计苹果会相当坚挺一段时间。

hmm, I agree! It is a matter of months, if not in years. That's why I am still buying aapl calls occasionally.

some words for apple:
-- without apple, you are still using bb and carrying laptop in order to access web
-- without apple, you can not get a laptop working more than 3 hours by battery
-- without apple, netbook/tablet sucks and no one use it.
-- without apple, there is probably no android.
apple creates value from nowhere and bring the revolution to the industry.

the success of apple is it is not just a tech company, it is a fashion company at the same time.

if XOM can be sexy, it would worthy much more.

我只是憎恶AAPL的经营策略（独富），以及一帮现在还在用AAPL，并自以为很tech savvy，满脸的中年危机的50X50而已。空AAPL？我现在不干。

而这篇短文的深意是单靠service型的就业，是不可能提高就业率的。这也是中印发展的根本区别。

真正的琢磨macro的很少，很少。

Can't believe people are bashing one of the most innovative company.  What has XOM innovated lately, it found oil?  Without XOM, we'll still have plenty of other oil companies.  Apple has revolutionized every market it has entered.  Why don't you compare XOM's and AAPL's growth rate?  If anything, AAPL is undervalued, with a trailing PE of 15, still growing blazingly fast, and cash reserves of 76 billion.

shouldn't a resource company pay more taxes since they are taking the resource owned by all humankind. the most fan of apple are from young generation.
