买call不需要止损，那个叫自动止损。
跌到0没了就没了，万一对了，翻10倍甚至更多。
买put也一样。我从spy120put开始买spy ATM put，基本spy每下跌1-2块，就再换成ATM put。
这也是take profit的一种方法，万一错了，就扔掉不用管了，反正早赚回来了。
