Isn't it a miracle to keep 30 yr mortgage rate below 5% at the same time? I have to say Fed is doing a great job on that. Just put all the liability off government's balance sheet to FNMA and FRE's. how smart... it will take a while before stupid taxpayers to figure all this mass out and that will probably be after the election.

You nee set a strategy daily, for example, today you want to 摆地铺 or 空.

You can not eat both side,(very hard or need good luck).

Today if you want  摆地铺, today around 1061 is a perfect chance

why? if the house price goes up, FRE and FNM could gain big.

Just like the TARP money gov borrowed to all the big banks, gov got a great return.
